Order Policy

Once you have approved the proofs and it has been sent to production, no more changes will be allowed. You will get 2 revisions for your design. Additional revisions will incur a fee, invoiced prior to production.
Customer Care
Our items are made from wood and acrylic, our items are still fragile and need to be handled appropriately.
No items are washed prior to shipping, please ensure you wipe your product down prior to inserting into cakes or a drink stirrer into drinks.
Rush Orders
Please make note of rush orders, if our production team has time to make your order, an additional fee of $25-75 may be charged.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please unpack & review all items, and let us know if there are damage or shipping issues within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to remedy them before your event. Because all of our work is custom made, we typically will not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we know that mistakes and damages can happen while products are in-transit. Should any product arrive to you damaged while in transit, depending on our current order volume and your order’s complexity, we will do our best to replace it. These returns and exchanges due to in-transit damage will be possible based on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion. Due to the handmade nature of our products refunds will not be offered for minor imperfections or errors in the context of lettering, spacing, and natural materials. We are not held responsible for any items lost in transit.. Refunds are not provided for in-transit delays. Design fees are non-refundable and account for 15% of the order total. SHIPPING/RUSH FEES/ DESIGN FEES ARE *NON-REFUNDABLE*

We do accommodate for cancellations as long as your order has not been produced. A partial refund will be issued if you have already received your proof. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelling your order after the item has been produced.
